Returns Policy

At The Candy Store we offer a 14-day returns policy for exchange or refund from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs. Returns will be processed provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt.

If you decide to cancel your order please ensure that you return all items to us within 14 days of cancellation. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

We regret that we are unable to offer this policy for any Sale items unless proven faulty. We will however be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or issue a credit note for sale goods.

 WHEN MAKING RETURNS

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Customers are also advised to obtain proof of postage when returning the goods just in case goods are misplaced or lost during transit.

In addition, footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged box and must be wrapped in an additional protective layer of packaging to protect the box and contents.

All other products for returns must be unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

We are unable to accept products that are not received in the specified conditions above. Provided these conditions are met, we will refund you within 3-5 working days of receiving the retuned items.
